We give a strong emphasis for the quality and eciency of each selected seafarer. By ensuring seafarers quality and performance, we earn principal’s trust to give their ship under our operations. Accurate and highly selective process of recruitment will provide best and suitable candidates to be placed onboard in our crew management services.

At present TBNP has approximately 500 ocer and crew on board 50 ships and approximately 250 officers and crew on stand by.

We have about 12,000 Seafarers in our data base system (As of January 2010). Applicants and ex-crew alike are carefully screened by expert former seafaring staff at these oces, to ensure that only qualied and properly STCW certified crew are accepted into the TBNP pool. The worldwide subsidiaries also ensure a close link to the crew employed by TBNP and they deal with any problems, needs and requests of our seafaring personnel.

Our clients are attended to by their personal crew superintendent who ensures that the right crew boards their vessels and that any additional needs are taken into account. The exibility to provide every client with an individual solution is one of our most important goals.
